Shahnawaz Chachar is a seasoned development expert, social entrepreneur, and cultural programmer with over 20 years of experience in providing strategic direction and project management for various organizations. He has a wealth of experience in managing large, complex projects on peacebuilding, governance, election observations, cultural management, and large-scale emergency relief operations. Shahnawaz is also a creative force, co-creating successful cultural programs like the Pak-US Peace Qawwali Tour 2014, Pak-China CPEC Cultural Caravan 2017, Jashan-e-Jhelum 2018, and Pakistan Overseas Convention 2022. He has also provided short-term consultations for various organizations, including OPF, Quaid Azam University, Sindh Government, Pakistan National Council of the Arts and many other organizations. With a passion for making a positive impact on the communities he serves, he is committed to working with marginalized communities and promoting inclusivity and diversity. Meet Shahida Mangi, development professional with over 18 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sectors. With a wealth of knowledge and practical skills in areas such as relief, DRR/DRM, rehabilitation, development, women’s rights, livelihood, climate change, good governance, and child protection, Shahida has a proven track record of actively engaging with underprivileged and downtrodden communities affected by disasters and located in remote areas throughout Sindh. With extensive experience working with organizations such as Oxfam GB, UNDP, Care International in Pakistan, TDEA/USAID, and DAI-funded projects, Shahida has a strong understanding of international humanitarian conventions of human rights and standards and is well-versed in SPHERE Standards, PHAST, PATs, and HAP.

Meet Iffat Almas, Iffat holds a degree in mass-comm from University of Punjab and attended New York film Academy for special certification in film production. She initiated her career from APTN (Middle East Services ) in 2007, and she has been part of the NCA Faculty. Over the years her creative engagements have won multiple awards from the USA, Spain, Europe, Italy and Turkey for her works in documentary film and photography.
Roomi Khan is an energetic and passionate communications officer at nativejetty creatives, She has done BS in Media Sciences at SZABIST, Roomi’s goal is to live an honest and progressive life by making achievements through hard work to justify and to serve the people for their social and economic betterment. With a background in Media Sciences, Roomi has just finished her internship with Pakistan National Television PTV and served in production and production processes of regular talk shows and TV programs. She also advocates and talks about promoting and preserving the Kalash Culture on different forums.
